At Glamnetic, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our hygiene standards to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your lashes, liners, or accessories in their original boxes and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
